Very Profound Teaching. The Dalai Lama send a clear, steady and timeless message. I influenced me greatly. I will pass this on to my friends and family.
essence is right
It is hard to understand, but the teachings are all there. Dali was still young and I am sure some things have changed in the ideas , but a good piece for starters. Bad camera, sound and no subtitles. Still it is the points that matter.
